Parking is available in the following areas:
Packet Pickup will start at 6:00AM inside the Hulbert Aquatics Center. Please enter through the main entrance located on the south side of the facility.
Packet Pickup will CLOSE at 7:30AM to allow for announcements and the swim line-up to take place
Body Markings will coincide with Packet Pickup – 6:00AM – 7:30AM.
Body Marking is mandatory
The Transition Area is located in the South Parking Lot of the Hulbert Aquatics Center.
It will open at 6:00AM and it will close at 7:30AM
Race Numbers will be assigned to you at packet pickup.
You MUST wear your race number on your bike (adhesive sticker), your bike helmet (adhesive sticker) during the bike portion and a race bib on your shirt or shorts while you run. Your running bib may be attached to your waist with a race belt
Swim Start Wave Information will be emailed out separately during race week. You will be assigned a starting time based on your swim pace for 100 meters.
The Bike and Run routes are monitored by traffic control volunteers and by the West Fargo Police Department. We have designed these courses with the utmost safety in mind, but please note that the courses are NOT fully closed, and as such, please use all necessary precautions when competing.

6:30 a.m. Pool open for Swim Warm-Ups
7:30 a.m. Pool closed for Swim Warm-Ups
7:40 a.m. Transition Area Closes/ Late Packet Pick Up Closes
7:50 a.m. Announcements and National Anthem
8:00 a.m. Swim Waves Begin (Waves TBD)
9:00 a.m. Kids Tri Packet Pickup Opens – Body Markings, Etc.
10:30 a.m. Sprint Tri Courses Closed
10:30 a.m. Kids Tri Transition Area Opens
11:00 a.m. Transition Area Closes. All Adult Tri bikes must be removed.
11:00 a.m. Kids Tri Swim Start
12:30 p.m. Kids Tri Course Closed
